"First things first; Stacey is lovely and very approachable. The complete opposite of boot camp. All carrot no-stick which is what I needed. Secondly; She's bloody good at what she does. She's worked in the industry for years so can always adapt an exercise to suit the client. I do her group classes via zoom now and she always gives alternatives and shouts out to the people she knows will struggle with an exercise due to injuries etc.
She also has many ways of describing an exercise to get the most out of you and is very hot on correcting form. I've been really surprised since lockdown just how much can be done via Zoom. It's as good as seeing her in real life as she sees even the minor adjustments and can tell when you need to make even the most minor tweaks. Very happy client."
