Once you have received your initial 30 minute free well-being call, it's all about finding the package that will work for you. All online packages work on a 4 weekly basis, set up via a direct debit and are bespoke to you and what you body needs.


ALL ONLINE PACKAGES
I focus heavily on the fundamentals of the body, incorporating core stability, flexibility and mobility, whilst coaching you to get the correct technique, so that you can get stronger in the right way, without injuring yourself. I am also very passionate about helping you with your diet and lifestyle and how these will have a huge impact on your energy levels, and keeping your body healthy.
All online packages include weekly 15 minute catch up calls via Zoom, Skype, Facetime or mobile, so we can see how you are progressing and what support you need, if any.
